Year 3/4 News 

MATHS

This fornight, we have been consolidating our knowledge of 2D and 3D shapes. Students have been identifying the properties of a range of 3D shapes (faces, edges & vertices) and confidently naming these shapes. Just this week, we have had a go at drawing 3D shapes and their nets. Check out their sketches!!! 

Students also explored the school to see what 3D shapes they could find in real life! 

3-6 LIONS CLUB SPEECHES

Yesterday, six of our wonderful Grade 3/4 students competed in the second round of the Lions Club Speaking Competition. Well done to Jack L, Cydie G, Harry G, Tully S, Charlie E and Rafael M. We are so proud of your efforts!
