Group 2

This term, our students have loved exploring our “Under the Sea” theme. They have been busy discovering a range of sea animals through stories, sensory play, songs, and hands-on activities. Children have learned the names of many marine creatures and enjoyed talking about their colours, shapes, and movements. These rich experiences have supported the development of new vocabulary and encouraged students to express their ideas with increasing confidence. Throughout Term 4, we have seen wonderful progress in the children’s speaking and listening skills. Many students are now using more words, sounds, and gestures to communicate their needs and interests. Their ability to focus on activities for longer periods has also grown, and they are showing greater perseverance when completing tasks, puzzles, and small group learning experiences. Social development has been another highlight of the term. Students are becoming more aware of others and are forming positive connections with their peers. It has been lovely to see them enjoying each other’s company, playing side-by-side, taking turns, and sharing materials during learning and play. We are incredibly proud of the progress each child has made this term! Siv & Charan 😊
