WellBeing

This term in the Secondary section, the Disability Inclusion team has started the Social Stencil intervention program for select students. Social Stencil is a social emotional learning program that is neuro-affirming and aims to support inclusion, peer connection and belonging.

Social Stencil helps students understand their own and others’ social, emotional, learning, and communication styles. By recognising individual differences, it fosters inclusive classrooms where acceptance, positive peer relationships, and belonging contribute to supportive and effective learning environments.

The program is being led by our Disability Inclusion Leading teacher - Jaimee Tobin, and supported by Emily Rilen and Joscelynne Stopp. Nick Dundon is a facilitator for the boys group.
