News from Year Three
National Simultaneous Storytime!
Our class hosted the live viewing of National Simultaneous Storytime on Wednesday! We managed to fit the whole school into our classroom to listen to 'The Truck Cat' (written by Deborah Frenkel, illustrated by Danny Snell) and then had a go at drawing the truck cat as we followed along with the illustrator.

New students in Year 3!
This week we welcomed two new students into our class. Felix, who is visiting from Austria for 10 weeks, and Mila! We have been so proud of all of our class for making them feel so welcomed and included!
Measurement in Maths: Length
We have almost finished our topic of length for this term. The year 3 students have been identifying which unit of measurement would be appropriate to measure everyday items, estimating lengths using a known length by comparing and practicing their measuring around the school.
