CSEN Western Sports Rally Day – A Celebration of Sport and Spirit
Our secondary students recently represented Christway College with pride and enthusiasm at the CSEN Western Sports Rally Day, competing in Basketball and Frisbee. It was a day filled with fun, excitement, and outstanding sportsmanship, where our students truly exemplified our school’s Christian values both on and off the court.
We are thrilled to celebrate the success of our junior and intermediate girls' basketball teams, who brought home the champion flags after displaying incredible teamwork, determination, and humility in victory. Our junior boys also claimed the champion title, making Christway proud with their skills and sportsmanship.
Our intermediate boys' basketball team fought hard and finished third, showing admirable resilience and unity throughout the competition.
A special mention also goes to our intermediate boys' Frisbee team, who made it all the way to the grand final. Their determination and teamwork were outstanding, and although the match ended in a nail-biting 2-point loss, their effort and spirit were nothing short of inspiring.
It was more than just a day of sport — it was a day that reflected our core values of integrity, encouragement, and community. Congratulations to all students who participated and represented Christway with such honour and heart.
