School Fees

Please ensure you read the important following information regarding school fees.

School fees are billed annually. You will receive a monthly statement via email. 

 

For those that elect to pay fees off in monthly, fortnightly or weekly installments, the balance is to be paid in full by Friday 6th December. 

 

For those that elect to pay in one lump sum, payment must be made by 29th February. 

 

You will have already received an email for school fees in the last couple of days. At the bottom of the statement you will find your Bpay details. These will be yours for the whole time you have a child here at St Joseph's. Bpay is our preferred method of payment. 

 

If you choose to pay via installments, your 2nd statement in March will have a breakdown of your payment amounts and dates they are due. 

 

DO NOT PAY FEES THROUGH COMPASS. We get charged significant fees and charges when receiving money paid through the portal. In the event that this happens, we have been advised to bill the payer for any fees and charges incurred.

 

All School Fee Instalment Agreement forms need to be filled out, signed and returned to our office by Thursday 8th February
