The Year 1 students have made a fabulous start to Term 1, settling in quickly to their new classes and learning routines. Over the past 2 weeks, we have enjoyed a range of activities as part of the Ready To Learn program, covering topics including our school values (Respect, Responsibility and Excellence in Learning in particular), learning about the PVNPS Wellbeing program (including the Resilience Project and Zones of Regulation), practicing mindfulness and teamwork, as well as developing mottos and intentions for our year together.
We are looking forward to a wonderful year together in Year 1 this year!
