School Captain's Report

Hello EPS, 

This is your 2024 School Captains. This year we are really looking forward to being a part of the leadership community. In our applications we mentioned some ideas to improve the school. 

These are a few of them that we hope to apply:  

• Recycling bins around our grounds (and no rubbish bins, because we are trying to encourage less wrappers and non recyclable waste to our school, waterways and the ocean.) 
• Having a noticeboard in the school grounds for important announcements, events and posters.
• Having a Connections Day every term so we can get to know each other better so if the younger years need help they can come to us.

Last Friday we hosted our first assembly, although we were very nervous we persevered and made sure it was an incredible assembly. Next week the CAB cohort has the leadership conference, which we’re all looking forward to initiating our Year 6 leadership skills!  One of our major goals this year is to build on our EPS communities and connections. We can't wait to meet everyone this year and make this the best year ever!
