Happy New Year, Artists! We hope you had a lovely restful holiday break. 

 

At TRPS, students learn Visual Arts and Performing Arts as a specialist subject. Each Arts program runs for one semester; meaning that students will complete 6 months of Visual Arts and 6 months of Performing Arts throughout the year.

Karlee Sobing

In 2024, I am teaching: Visual Arts

I absolutely love teaching at TRPS and am looking forward to expressing my creative side in the Visual Arts space this year. I am looking forward to encouraging all students to express their creative side during various artwork experiences, and I cannot wait to see each student's imaginations bloom.

 

Mary Skram

In 2024, I am teaching: Visual Arts

I have been a Visual Arts teacher at TRPS for the last year and a half. In my spare time I enjoy creating artworks of my own, particularly watercolour and oil paintings. I am so excited to see all the amazing artworks the children will create this year!

I love teaching at Tarneit Rise and have been a Performing Arts teacher at TRPS for five years so far. Music is my favourite Performing Art and I am really looking forward to using clay to create some Visual Art this term!

This is my second year teaching at Tarneit Rise and I absolutely love it! I excited to be teaching Performing Arts for the first time in my career as drama and music are my passions.

 

Max Barker

This is my 4th year teaching Performing Arts at TRPS. I really enjoy being able to make music, dance and drama with all the fabulous and creative students at this school.

 

We also welcome Teigan Brant to the Arts team at TRPS, working as both a Visual Arts and Performing Arts teacher.
