YEAR 7 FAMILIES

TIMETABLE:

Students will begin their timetabled lessons this week, a copy of the timetable has been placed in their diary; they should also use this diary to record homework, due dates, and other reminders. 

ACADEMIC ASSEMBLY:

Date: Tuesday 30 January

Uniform: Formal

Time: 9:40 am 

Location: Hugh O'Brian Centre (HOB) 

Audience: All parents/carers are welcome to attend

Purpose: To acknowledge students' achievements from Term 4, 2023. All Year 7 students will need to wear their formal uniform to school. 

At first break, they are to change into their sports uniform, the first sports session will be on Tuesday afternoon.

FORMATION DAY:

Date: Wednesday, 1 February

Uniform: House Uniform

Time: School Hours

Location: Hugh O'Brian Centre (HOB) 

Audience: Students Only

Purpose: Students will participate in a Formation Day on Wednesday, which will provide an experience of the unique Catholic character of the college. There will be no regular classes. 

REMINDER: MOBILE PHONE POLICY

Mobile phones can only be accessed in the first ten minutes of each break, at student's locker. Phones are then locked away for the remainder of the school day. If students wish to purchase food from the Tuckshop, they will need to use either cash or their physical debit card.
