The Premier’s Reading Challenge closes on Friday 6th September. We currently have 46 students across Years 7-10 actively participating in the Challenge, with 17 already finished!
In order to verify students who have completed the Challenge, we are asking for a brief email/note from parents or guardians to confirm that their child has read all of the books listed on their profiles.

Snowglobe
by Soyoung Park
Chobahm lives in a world that is -450C – so cold that to go outside without proper clothing means death. Having finished school, she now works at the local power plant with her mother and brother – working on a human hamster wheel to generate electricity for the residents of Snowglobe.
Chobahm dreams of a life inside Snowglobe – the only warm place left on Earth – a city where every single person is on camera 24/7, their lives a reality TV show enjoyed by the millions on the outside. When the death of a beloved TV star gives Chobahm the possibility to live in Snowglobe, she jumps at the chance to escape the frozen hell that is her home.
But not all is as it appears in Snowglobe – what seems like a dream job quickly becomes a nightmare, as Chobahm struggles to find someone she can trust, and quickly realises that her life might be in danger.
Billed as “The Hunger Games meets Squid Game”, Snowglobe is a fast-paced story full of jaw-dropping twists.
