This award goes to Jake for the wonderful improvement he is making with his writing. Jake tries very hard to leave gaps between his words and is starting to incorporate known letters and sounds into his sentences. Well done, Jake!!
This award goes to Lilly for demonstrating the HEART value of Respect. You are such a caring classmate, you look out for your peers and give an extra helping hand when they need it. Your kindness and empathy are some of your wonderful qualities. Well done Lilly.
This award goes to Sienna for the enthusiasm she showed during our 100 Days of Learning celebration. She enjoyed working with others to help create a paper chain of 100 reasons why we love our school. Sienna also made a fantastic poster of 100 fish, colouring them in groups of 10 so you could skip count to 100.
Well done Sienna!
This award goes to Aria for the hard work she has put into her narrative, Star World, which she has begun to publish as a picture storybook. She has thought carefully about the layout of each page, what font to use, and where she will place her illustrations. I can’t wait to see the finished product! Keep up the great work, Aria!
This award goes to Ethan for displaying the HEART value of Excellence with writing his narrative. Ethan persisted even when challenged with his writing and has applied his best effort. Ethan has asked questions when he is unsure and this positive attitude has resulted in a narrative that is cohesive and engaging. Keep up the great work, Ethan! We can't wait to see the final result!
This award goes to Ellarae for the improvement she has made when transitioning from one task to another. Ellarae has focused on packing up her things quickly and setting up ready for the next lesson, making sure she is making the most of her learning time. Well done, Ellarae.

You have shown the HEART value of Excellence by always putting your hand up to share your ideas and giving tricky words a go! This award is presented to Mia for her outstanding efforts in Maths this week. Mia demonstrated her ability to accurately interpret symbols on various maps and even created her own symbols for a map she designed. She also successfully used compass directions to give and receive directions with a partner. Incredible work, Mia!
This award goes to Summer for her outstanding effort and enthusiasm in preparing for our upcoming production. Summer consistently sets a wonderful example for her classmates and always brings a cheerful energy to each practice session. Summer, thank you for being a wonderful addition to 5/6W. We are very lucky to have you.
Congratulations Sanuthi. You have been trying your best in Performing Arts lessons to perfect the notes for CCC and the dance steps for The Nutbush. Very well done.
This award goes to Jesse for showing an excellent learning attitude in Mandarin class. This year, Jesse became an active and independent learner in Mandarin class. Not only did he complete tasks well, but he was also brave enough to come to the front and guide the class in reading words. Well done, Jesse!
