Student Council 

Last term, Student Council held a fundraiser for the United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund. The event was a huge success, and thanks to all those who donated or attended, we raised around $7,500. All of this money will is being sent directly to UNICEF to assist children in emergencies worldwide.

Recently, some of us attended a Model UN at Coburg High School, where we simulated the UN General Assembly, discussing ocean conservation as country ambassadors.  We represented Nigeria, South Korea and Chile and got insight into what international political cooperation is 

like.

Moving forward, Student Council is working to make the school greener. We had a bake sale on the first Friday back to raise funds to get more plants around the outside and inside of the school. Thanks for your support by coming along and buying our baked goods!
