Our 5/6s have completed thier I Am Mindful sessions, which seem to have had quite the impact. Our communal boxes will be available int he first aid room to use when required. Below are some comments from students:
- when You are angry and you need to calm down you can use for your I Am Mindful tool
- Stressed out at school and don't know what to do? take a deep breath and squish a squishy and refocus yourself
- Someone's being mean or I'm tired instead of taking it out on others I can use my I.A.M toolkit
- Being teased - go to calm space and use an I.A.M tool
- You could use the oil or the face mask
- When I'm tired and my siblings are being too loud
- I had a bad day use the cold mask
- When some people are being loud and distracting
- Before you get really mad
- Calm And relax
