Finn Selected for South Australian Boys Netball Team

Congratulations to Year 9 student Finn H, who has been selected in the South Australian 15 Years and Under Boys Netball Team. 

Finn will represent South Australia at the School Sport Australia National Championships in Melbourne from 25 to 31 July. 🏐 

Pernella Selected for City South SAPSASA Soccer Team

Congratulations to Year 5, South Plympton student Pernella M, who has been selected in the Girls SAPSASA Soccer Team. 

Pernella will proudly represent City South at the State Soccer Carnival later this term. We wish her every success and look forward to hearing about her experience on the state stage. ⚽

Nikolas selected for Exclusive State Leadership Program

Year 11 student Nikolas was one of only 30 students across South Australia selected to attend an exclusive Leadership Session led by Tom Jonas, high-performance leader and former Port Adelaide Football Club Captain.

Delivered in partnership with the Master Builders Association, the session gave students valuable insights into leadership, career development, and opportunities within the building and construction industry. Nik particularly enjoyed hearing from industry professionals who shared their journeys from apprenticeship to successful business ownership.

This unique experience provided an excellent opportunity for students to learn from respected leaders and gain a deeper understanding of potential career pathways in the sector.

Congratulations to Nik on this outstanding achievement and for embracing this valuable leadership and career development opportunity.

Jack L earned the 2026 Cameron Smith Golf Scholarship 

Year 12 Student Jack L was one of two rising stars selected for the Cameron Smith Scholarship where he will spend a week with 2022 Open champion Cameron Smith at his home in Florida next week. Jack will get the opportunity to train, practise and experience the day-to-day life of a touring professional.

He will also travel with Smith to LIV Golf New York at Trump National Golf Club Bedminster, spending time with the Ripper GC team, including Smith, Lucas Herbert, Marc Leishman and 2019 scholarship recipient Smylie. They will also visit Golf Australia’s new US base in Jacksonville and practise alongside Smith at Glen Kernan Golf & Country Club.
