Reports
Semester reports were made available to families via Compass on Thursday 25th June. As notified via Compass earlier in the term, whilst these reports provided important details about student learning attainment, full descriptive comments may not have been included due to industrial action taken earlier this term by the Australian Education Union.
Parents can discuss their child’s progress at our Parent-Teacher interviews scheduled for Thursday 16th July and Friday 17th July, or, as always, you can contact 9789 7346 to arrange a meeting with your child’s teacher. Remember, bookings are open now, so please refer to the information posted on Compass on Monday afternoon (22nd June) for further details.
World Cup
Thanks to Mr Jellie for organising a fun soccer tournament involving our Yr 5 students. We all had fun watching the matches as the tournament progressed. Congratulations to all of the students who participated, as well as the teachers who supervised and participated in the staff vs students match on Wednesday. It was also exciting to see how many people were keen to celebrate the Socceroos final group game today. I’m writing this before the game has started, so let’s hope I don’t look silly by the end of today – Go Socceroos!
Stay safe over the school holidays and we look forward to seeing you on Monday July 13th!
