Bushfood Brownie Bake Off

Calling all Food Teachers to spread the word with your secondary students to join this great

 free, fun & tasty holiday program 

 

Saltbush Kitchen is partnering with Ballarat Tech School, Brigid Corcoran, Aunty Deb Rose & Sara Kittelty for the Bushfood Brownie Bake-off in celebration of NAIDOC week 2024.

 

Tuesday the 9th July, 9am to 3pm

 

We will guide you through a day of tasting, baking techniques, recipe testing & product development. Then YOU will create your own unique Bushfood Brownie to present to our panel of expert judges to win the title of Ballarat’s Best Bushfood Brownie.

Be You Session

Beaufort and Skipton Health Service will join with Be You to host a special Spotlight Session on Tuesday the 18th June between 3:15pm - 4:15pm.
