Our much-anticipated MyCE mobile app is now live and available for download. We're embracing a new era of streamlined communication, and we hope to have you on board. Our commitment is to provide you with the most efficient, user-friendly and intuitive communication experience. With our new app, we believe we're taking a significant step in that direction.

  • Transition to app communications: To ensure a unified and timely communication channel, all our key communications will gradually transition to the app. This shift will allow us to deliver information more efficiently, ensuring you're always in the know.
  • Reduced email traffic: As we ramp up our app-based notifications, you’ll notice a significant reduction in emails from us. Instead, expect real-time push notifications on your mobile device, ensuring you never miss an update.
  • Easy and faster: Access it from your mobile or tablet at the tap of an icon.
  • Turn notifications on and off: These are controlled by you the user. You will receive notifications when a targeted news item is posted if your notifications are turned on.
  • Log an absence: Easy on-the-go absence notification. You can log individual and/or multiple student absences across all schools with the tap of a screen. 
  • Timely updates and interaction: No more waiting around! Get real-time notifications about the latest happenings and updates in our school community.
  • Newsletters and targeted news just for you: Stay informed with our digital newsletters and targeted news feature, ensuring you never miss out on important information.
  • Instant access to parent slips: Say goodbye to misplaced permission slips. With MyCE, you can digitally access and respond to all parent slips, ensuring timely responses and no more lost slips or missed emails.
  • Academic reports at your fingertips: Access your child’s academic reports anytime, anywhere. Monitor their progress and stay involved in their education. Two years of reports are available.
  • School contact directory: Need to get in touch with a teacher, administrator or department? Our school contact directory is just a tap away.
  • School events calendar: From sports events, school community events and cultural programs to holiday schedules – our integrated events calendar ensures you’re always in the loop.
  • Security first: Our application is not just user-friendly but also secure. We prioritise the safety of our community’s data with enterprise-level security measures.
  • Simplified engagement: Our intuitive design and user experience mean that parents, students and staff can engage with ease, making communication more streamlined than ever.
