This Week's Updates

 Dear Parents,

The St James Social Event of the Year was held on Saturday night and was a huge success, raising over $4000 for the school. Thanks to all who helped organise the event, and for all who supported, including those who donated prizes for the raffles.  The night was a huge success thanks to the "Dream Team" consisting of: Monique Van Den Boom, Rosanna Woods, Erin McDade, Courtney Drough, Stephanie Banks Smith and their many helpers. Their time, organisation, attention to detail and commitment to the event ensured it was a wonderful evening and I really appreciate all their hard work. All raffle prizes were drawn on the night. Congratulations to all the winners including the Skilbeck family for winning the Barrow of Booze!

Congratulations to Xavier Van Vuuren and Nathan Bacus who competed in the Regional Cross Country Championship last Thursday. While both boys ran very well, unfortunately neither of them qualified for the Victorian State Championships. We are proud of your run boys!

Congratulations to all the St James girls who took part in the Australian Girls Choir concerts over the weekend. They all performed beautifully.

Upcoming Dates - Monday 15 July is confirmed as a school closure day. Students will commence classes on Tuesday 16 July for next term.
