Just a reminder to families that Monday 15th July is a Curriculum Day 

(no students on site) 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION SCHOOL BANK ACCOUNT CHANGE

Please be advised that we are currently in a transition period for changing over our school official bank account.  We are transferring from Bendigo Bank to Commonwealth Bank of Australia.

Please update your records by removing the School Bendigo Bank Account from your saved Payees.

The Bendigo Bank account will remain open for a short period of time to ensure we capture all bank transactions.

Payment methods for Parents/Carers paying activity charges or other payments:

• Sentral Parent Portal.
• Eftpos card facilities available at the reception.
• Cash payments can be made at reception or sent via the classroom in a labelled sealed envelope sent with your child/children.

Pyjama Day! 

New Process for Sick Bay Communication 

Term 3 sick bay will now be transiting to a new communication method for sick bay notifications. 

Attached is an image for all parents and careers to see how this will now be communicated. Head injuries and other major incidents will still receive a courtesy call from sick bay. 

Canteen News 

Canteen will be reopening  for online orders ONLY on a Monday and Tuesday (starting Monday 27th May).  It will be a reduced menu and there will be no counter service available.

Orders will be prepared offsite and delivered to the school by canteen staff.

Please remember to provide Banyan Fields P.S. with any updated information as soon as your circumstances change.

To make changes to your child’s enrolment information, please email banyan.fields.ps@education.vic.gov.au with any required changes and/or request a Student Enrolment Information Form to be sent home with your child, where you can review the information currently on the school system, then make alterations where necessary and return to Banyan Fields PS office for details to be updated.
