Careers and Pathways

Careers and Pathways at Yarrabing

At Yarrabing we encourage all our students to think about their future and how they can contribute to their local community. The focus of our Careers and Pathways program in Year 7 is to help students discover their strengths and interests and develop a positive self-image that provides the foundation for optimistic pathway planning.

In our Student Success classes this term, we have started looking at our strengths and interests and students have identified potential career opportunities that may suit them. We will continue this work in future Student Success classes and have been taking the opportunity to incorporate Careers and Pathways Learning into our other classes.
