The Resilience Project
TRP@HOME Spotlight
This week we have a great resource to share for all of the parents and carers in our community to support you to nurture your Wellbeing. You can find some useful strategies and insights in the Wellbeing Hub.
With the school holidays approaching it is timely to provide our families with additional resources to support our positive mental health so that we can feel at our best in the daily work of parenting our children.
We encourage our families to have a discussion with their children to remind them of the GEM strategies they have learnt at school over the last two terms to support them over the holidays.
To help in developing a personalised list of wellbeing and coping strategies over the holidays, parents/carers may like to engage your children in one (or more) of the activities on the Kids page on TRP@Home.
Next Term, our WoW weeks at the beginning of Term 3 will focus on our Way of Working to be KIND. We invite parents/carers to have a conversation with their child about what this looks like, sounds like and feels like for them.
Wishing all of our St. John’s Community, a restful holiday break and we look forward to a rewarding Semester 2 upon our return.
