Buddies N4 and M5 

N4 and M5 recently joined to participate in the National Simultaneous Storytime (NSS), an annual event promoting the value of reading and literacy using an Australian children's book. Now in its 24th year, NSS is a vibrant and fun event held simultaneously in libraries, schools, pre-schools, childcare centres, and other venues across the country. This year's book, "The Bowerbird Blues" by Aura Parker, captivated the students with its engaging story. After the reading, students donned their STEM thinking caps to create blue origami birds, which they then tested to see if they could fly. The activity was a hit, with students enthusiastically exploring their surroundings for blue items and counting them, making the day both educational and enjoyable.
