Parking & Traffic Reminder

Hi Families - 

We have received a number of parent complaints this term about the behaviour of drivers around the school during drop-off and pick-up times, and also about the number of parking spaces and how people use them. 

We encourage all families to be courteous and respectful around the school, both of other drivers but also our neighbours. Please drive slowly and carefully to avoid an accident involving the many students walking around the school, especially in the soccer-oval car park. 

If you have witnessed some careless behaviour or have feedback about parking: unfortunately our ability to manage any issues is limited.

Everything outside of the school fence line is managed by the City of Casey, including the crossing attendants and the number/type of parking spaces. We have no input over the allocation of parking or management of traffic around the school.

We encourage you to direct your feedback to the City of Casey directly. They take it seriously and will usually send City of Casey traffic management officers out to manage the situation.
