Students with Asthma and Anaphylaxis

If your child/children suffer with asthma or anaphylaxis and you have provided the school with a copy of their management plan, it may be time to update them.

If your child's Asthma Plan has changed this year, we ask that you supply an updated Action Plan signed by your child's Doctor to us. 

For any queries regarding updated medical plans, please speak with our First Aid Officer who is located in our Administration Office or alternatively you may call on 5851 2100.
