Performing Arts - Primary Singers

Congratulations Primary Singers!

The past two terms, despite interruptions, have been most enjoyable for our committed Primary Singers. Approximately 40 students from Years 4, 5 and 6 have met most Thursday afternoons to learn vocal technique and enjoy a sing together. 

We have created a 30 minute repertoire some of which we will be proud to perform for our ‘Play and Giggle’ lunchtime concert on Thursday 27 June and for our Sheridan visitors on Friday 28 June. 

I am pleased to report that the students have increased their understanding of music as well as learning teamwork and responsibility through regular attendance, remembering their music books and sharing the time productively. 

We will focus on the State Schools Spectacular team in Term 3. 

Primary Singers will gather again in Term 4.
