Return your books! 

We’ve written lots about the benefits of reading, but did you know that there are countless benefits to returning your library books too! 

Returning your library books before the end of the school year has the following benefits: 

• It maintains the availability of our collection by letting others access resources they want for recreation and study. 

• Supports the Overnewton libraries’ mission of providing equitable access for all students 

• Ensures you can continue to borrow books in the future without interruption 

• Decreases clutter in your room and home 

• Avoids you being charged for missing books 

• Gives you a sense of achievement- another book read and ready for someone else to enjoy!  

• No more annoying overdue email reminders- a clear inbox! 

Please return your books by the end of Week 8 so we can continue to provide our amazing library services. If you cannot find a book, please reach out to our library staff via email and we will support you through the next steps.
