Christmas Market – December 4
It’s that wonderful time of year again! We’re thrilled to announce that the Sacred Heart Kew Primary School Christmas Market is just around the corner — an evening filled with festive fun, delicious treats, and plenty of Christmas spirit for the whole community. This event not only brings us together to celebrate the season, but also helps raise valuable funds to support our sensory/imaginary play space.
To make this year’s market the one to remember we need your help!
Here’s how you can get involved:
📚 Second-Hand Book Stall We’re collecting gently used children’s and adult books. Stay tuned for details on when and where to drop them off.
🍰 Baked Goods Stall Cakes, slices, biscuits, or festive treats — homemade or store-bought, all are welcome (just nut-free, please!). More information is coming soon.
🎟️ Raffle Donations We’re seeking prizes for our raffle — any new or gift-worthy items are greatly appreciated!
🍬 Lolly Jar Stall Please send in two bags of lollies for the popular lolly jar stall. There will be a box in the Front office for your child to drop them in.
Your generosity and participation make all the difference in creating a magical and memorable day for our community.
More details about the event date and activities will be shared soon — but for now, start gathering your goodies and get ready to celebrate Christmas the Sacred Heart way!
Thank you for your continued support and festive spirit.

Sacred Heart Meals Service
What is the meals service?
The Sacred Heart Meals Service is available to all Sacred Heart families that require some practical help in the form of meals at a time of need. This may be due to a very happy occasion such as a new birth in the family, or in more difficult circumstances such as a death or illness in a family.
How does it work?
The Meals Service Coordinators can be contacted by a teacher, class rep, member of the Parents Association, a friend within the school or the family members themselves. The coordinators would then contact the family to chat about what would be helpful (e.g. how often, favourite meals, dietary requirements etc) and then coordinate the service, requesting assistance from the relevant year level.
It’s important to note that we are very careful in being discreet at all times and maintaining confidentiality, ensuring the family are happy with what information (if any) is passed on to those we are asking to assist.
We can be contacted via the following methods:
Amy McIvor
Ph 0411 034 463
Caroline O’Sullivan
Ph 0419 100 964
Please feel free to reach out to either of us with any questions, we are here to help!
Kind regards,
Caroline O’Sullivan (Billy Year 4) and Amy McIvor (Rafferty Year 3)
