A message from Stage 3
“Seems to me-" Lee said, feeling for the words, "seems to me the place you fight cruelty is where you find it, and the place you give help is where you see it needed....”- Phillip Pullman - His Dark Materials
This great quote comes from my absolute favourite book series that I have just finished reading with my own son. Reading with your children, no matter their age, is a rich and important experience for both parent and child. This particular story is a great reminder of how important it is to make choices each day to build positivity, generosity and gratitude into everything we do. Build the world we seek within each of our own little moments together.
As 2025 draws to a close, we begin to reflect and review what advances we have made in our mathematics, reading, spelling and all of those other important curriculum areas. However, it is just as important (if not more) to also consider our personal development. In Stage 3, teachers continue to set high expectations, motivate students to learn from their mistakes and encourage kindness and tolerance. All of our teachers are extremely proud of the progress of our students this year and are just as driven now to nurture and inspire them in the final part of the year.
Tuesday 2 December - ASC Orientation Day

Wednesday 17 December - Year 6 Farewell Dinner (evening) - more information to follow shortly

Friday 19 December - Final day of 2025 school year and Year 6 clap out
At the end of Term 3, many of the students transitioning to ASC in 2026 attended the ASC colour run event with other partner primary schools. It was a great day to connect with new friends, future teachers and have some good old fashioned FUN!!
