School Fees

Invoices for school fees were sent out last Thursday. Payment options are as follows:

 

1. In three equal instalments by 20 March, 19 June and 18 September made  in person or over the phone via credit card. Electronic payments to the school bank account  (bank information details are on the bottom of the invoices). Cash is also accepted at the office, OR

 

2. Ten equal instalments via direct debit from February to November on the 17th of each month; (from a bank account not credit card account)

 

Fees must be paid in full by September 18, 2026, unless a direct debit arrangement has been made.

Health Care Card Holders fees 

Health Care Card Holders fees are reduced as follows:

 

1 Child $810 per family plus excursion, camp and swimming

 

2 Children $1240 per family plus excursion, camp and swimming

 

3+ Children $1620 per family plus excursion and camp

 The Camp Sports Excursion Fund (CSEF) 

The Camp Sports Excursion Fund (CSEF) discount of $400 per child is also available to

Pension/Health Care Card holders. This discount is applied to Camp, Excursion and Swimming levies not school fees.

 Direct debit forms and Camp Sports Excursion Funds (CSEF) are available to download from the school website: www.hrkensington.catholic.edu.au or from the school office.
