Thank you to everyone who came to our Information night and Welcome BBQ. We had 38 adults and many more children attend this wonderful night which was enjoyed by all. Thank you to our staff who prepared the information sessions and the delicious BBQ for everyone. We would also like to thank Fr Kingsley for joining us for the BBQ. It is always lovely to have our Parish Priest here at school.
Here is a little attendance data information outlining why attendance makes such a huge difference.

At present we have 7 students who register in our 'Critical Risk' (under 70%) section due to being absent for the first week of the school year.
We have 4 students in our 'High Risk' ( between 70%-79%) section due to being were absent for the first partial week + of the school year.
We have 6 students in our 'At Risk' (between 89% - 80%) section due to too many absences already this school year.
Happily we have 54 students who have above 90% attendance which is what we strive for so we are encouraging you to send your children to school everyday unless of course they are genuinely unwell and need to stay at home.
Please complete these 3 forms today to ensure we have up to date information for your child/ren.

This year we are implementing Library Monitors to assist with keeping our beautiful library neat and tidy for us all to enjoy. I opened applications up to the primary students and received 13 applications. After careful consideration I am thrilled to announce that our Term 1 library monitors are Phoebe and Violet. I am looking forward to working with them this term.

The Board of Armidale Catholic Schools has made the decision to increase all school fees for 2026 by 5%.
This decision to increase has not been made lightly and is mindful of the cost of living pressures we are all experiencing. Schools are experiencing cost escalation pressures as well and this increase is a contribution towards the resourcing required to provide your child/children with an excellent Catholic education.
From 2026, School Fees will be billed on an annual basis at the commencement of the School Year and our standard payment terms are 10 monthly instalments from February to November. See schedule below.

Our preferred method of payment is Bpay. You can also pay your school fees via the Compass App and we have facilities at school to pay fees by EFTPOS. Families with existing ADIG direct debit facilities are asked to cease their direct debits with ADIG and change their method of payment to BPay. Your Bpay details are located on your Tax Invoice/Statement.
Armidale Catholic Schools endeavours to offer an affordable Catholic education of the highest quality. There is a deeply held commitment that no Catholic family should be denied a Catholic education due to genuine incapacity to pay all, or part, of their children’s school fees. New and existing parents are encouraged to make contact with the school Principal, who will treat the matter confidentially and respectfully.
