Photography, Filming and Recording Students

Throughout the school year, photos, videos and voice recordings may be taken of students during school activities and events. These may be used on the school website, newsletter, ClassDojo, social media and other promotional materials.

If you DO NOT want your child to be photographed, filmed or recorded on any platform please click here to complete the form by February 27th.  If we do not receive a response by this date, please understand you are consenting for your child to be photographed, recorded and published.

Please also inform your child of this decision so they can step out of situations that may capture their image/voice.

2026 School Council Parent Nominations           NOW OPEN

Nomination forms may be obtained from the school office or downloaded below and must be lodged with an administration staff member at the school office by 4.00pm on Thursday, 19th February 2026. You will be issued a receipt following

your submission. Following the closing of nominations, a list of the nominations received will be posted at the school.

If an election is required, the ballot will open on Tuesday, 24th February 2026 and close at 4.00pm on Wednesday, 11th March 2026. Counting of the votes, if required, will be on Thursday, 12th March 2026. Students will receive a ballot paper to take home; additional ballots can be collected from the school office. Instructions for casting your vote will be issued with the ballot paper.

The first meeting of the 2026 School Council will be on Wednesday, 18th March 2026 at 6.00pm. Council meets on the third Wednesday of each month during school terms. All school council members must hold a valid Working with Children Check or VIT.

School Photos

 Just a reminder that school photo orders are due by Monday 16th February.

All orders are completed online, via the Elite School Photography website (https://eliteschoolphotography.com.au/) with the login code ESP202515.

Y4 -6 House Swimming Carnival

Students in Year 4 to 6 will be competing in our House Swimming Carnival on Monday 16th February with a mix of both swimming races and novelty events. Please log in to Compass via the app to provide permission and make payment by Thursday 12th February.  A program for the day is provided below (all times are approximate).

Student Medication

If your child requires medication while at school, please provide the school office with the required medication, along with either an Action Plan from your GP or Specialist, or a completed and up-to-date Medical Authority Form 

Please note that we are unable to administer Panadol or any other medication without the appropriate consent forms and the medication being supplied by families.
