White Class

Comprehensive Literacy in the White Class

As part of our comprehensive literacy program, our weekly cooking sessions are designed to reinforce letter recognition, vocabulary development, and communication skills through hands-on experiences. Last week, we focused on the letter D, and the class had a delicious time making French Onion Dip and donuts! This activity supported language learning by introducing new words, encouraging descriptive language, and providing meaningful opportunities to engage with the letter D in context. Cooking continues to be a fun and purposeful way to support literacy development in our classroom.

Junior Class

The Juniors have had a fantastic transition back to school this term and have reconnected with educators through playful interactions and engaged in familiar routines and activities. As always, our music sessions with Kirsty were a class favourite, students danced, made music with instruments and shared lots of joy. We look forward to a term of learning and fun.
