Acting Deputy
Head of Campus
Melanie Condon
Dear Families,
Thank you for your kind words and support during the recent transition in my role from classroom teacher to Acting Deputy Head of Campus. It has always been a privilege to work with the wonderful students at St Patrick’s, and I look forward to getting to know even more students and families as I take on a broader role across the school.
For those I haven’t yet had the pleasure of meeting, I have been part of the St Patrick’s community for nearly two years as the Green Class teacher. Before joining St Patrick’s, I worked at Anglicare SA within the Autism Specific Early Learning and Care Centre, where I was part of the leadership team, focusing on community training and the implementation of neuro-affirming practices.
My time in the classroom at St Patrick’s has been incredibly rewarding, and I am both grateful and excited for the opportunity to contribute more widely to our school community. I will be serving as Acting Deputy Head of Campus for the remainder of 2025. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions or concerns.
In this role, I will be overseeing areas such as bus coordination, the school’s daily operations (including attendance and absences) and continuing to support the Behaviour for Learning team as we work together to strengthen our whole-school approaches.
Regards,
Melanie Condon
