Highlight

Salamat siang, What an exciting week it has been in the Leadership Centre as we dive into Term 3!

This week, our students have been taking part in swimming lessons, building confidence and developing important water safety skills. It has been fantastic to see their enthusiasm in the pool and the persistence they have shown when trying new challenges. An additional highlight was the organisation of students when ensuring they bring their bathers and towels each day! 

In addition, we have been exploring NAIDOC Week, learning about this year’s theme and reflecting on the history, culture, and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Students have engaged in discussions, created artworks inspired by Indigenous artists, and participated in activities that celebrate and deepen their understanding of First Nations perspectives.

As always, it has been wonderful to see our students approach each learning opportunity with curiosity and a growth mindset.
