Coffee and Connect

Term Three is underway! How has your week been? Any highs or lows? We would love for you to join us this Friday for a warm coffee (or tea) and conversation. Bring a friend! If you’ve never been before, or you are a regular, we’d love for you to join us in the church café from 8:30am. Stay for 10 minutes or until 10:00am. (Just come through the courtyard.) This is a great opportunity to meet people in our community and make new friends! It can be comforting and encouraging to hear each other’s stories. Toddlers are welcome! (We have a small playground. You just need to keep an eye on your little one(s) for safety reasons.) I look forward to seeing you soon!

GSPV Music Night

It is not too late! Feel like a night out filled with fun and laughter... while at the same time supporting a worthwhile cause? Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Para Vista is hosting a Music night this Saturday 2nd August at 7:30pm in the church hall. All proceeds from the evening will be going to Lutheran Care Family Zone.  

Tickets: Adults $10, Students $5 U12 free.

Term 3 Art Class

Does your child love drawing and or story telling? 

This term at Growing Sunflowers Art Studio we are looking at story stones, graphic novels, and creating their own games/TV story. 

The story stones will be published into their own book which will feature them as the illustrators, and we will get printed for students to keep.

KAPS ‘REKAP’ and Save the Date

We had a lot of fun on Sunday... making (and eating!) pizzas, munching on snacks as we enjoyed the movie... There was time for worship too!  Next month we are getting creative!  Save the date August 24th! Pop it in your diaries now.
