Junior School Update

This week we would like to extend our gratitude to all of the amazing parents and care givers in our St Joseph’s community.

Being a parent or carer means wearing a lot of hats and juggling the mental load.

Mornings before school can often feel like a full day of work and we appreciate all you do for our students to care for, support and organise everything behind the scenes.

From making yummy nutritious lunches, doing laundry, booking appointments, organising extra curricula activities, keeping on track of all the dates, cooking dinners, doing readers, helping students with homework along with so many more things there are so many ways you provide for and care for our students.

Our students are blessed to have each and every one of you.

Here are a couple of quotes from our students.

My dad plays the song ‘you are amazing’ to me every day on the way to school

My parents make me yummy dinners

My mum always helps me find my shoes

My mum reads me Harry Potter every night

My Grandpa always makes me laugh

My grandma is an angel, she is so kind

My mum made me a morning checklist to help me get organised

My dad helps me with the tricky parts of my homework

My mum is making costumes for Beauty and the Beast, she is making a lot of chairs

Enjoy the weekend, we are so excited for the show next week and all of the magic that comes along with production week!
