National Child Protection Week (Sept 7th - 13th)

National Child Protection Week raises awareness about the community’s collective response to the care, safety and wellbeing of children and young people, now and into the future. In 2025, National Child Protection Week will continue to champion the message ‘Every child in every community needs a fair go’ and complement it with the theme ‘Shifting Conversation to Action’.

The National Association for Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect (NAPCAN) creates posters and activity booklets to help schools share this important message with children in meaningful ways. Over the coming weeks, all classes at St Joseph’s will be taking part in activities that encourage open conversations, reminding our students that they are valued, heard, and safe. Together as a school community, we continue to place child safety at the heart of everything we do.

Warm Regards,
