YEAR 2 AMADEUS INSTRUMENT SELECTION

This Friday 25 October, our Year 2 students will be nominating their instrument preferences for Amadeus in 2025. The instrumental tutors will spend some time with your child’s class and introduce them to each of the instrument families - woodwind, brass and string. 

Students will be asked to nominate their first, second and third preferences from violin, viola, cello, flute, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, trombone and baritone. It is important that students understand that each ensemble sounds best when it has a balance of instruments and requires a mix of different instruments to create the best sound. 

This is an exciting opportunity for Year 2 and we look forward to seeing them start to learn their instruments next year.
