The Royal Mail Hotel's bountiful 3-acre kitchen garden is set in an idyllic location at the base of Mt Sturgeon, Grampians National Park.

The garden supplies organic, seasonal produce for the Royal Mail Hotel's award-winning fine-dining restaurant, Wickens, and the casual a La carte Parker Street Project.

The Royal Mail's holistic and sustainable approach to food production is based principally on ageless gardening techniques. These include utilising mulches and manures from our agricultural enterprises, a six-stage crop rotation system, companion planting, organic pest control, closed composting, and green manuring.
