Some words from the Principal

Mrs Danielle Heatley

I can't believe we are already finishing Term 3. While you are taking a break from the daily routine of the school day - we have lots of things happening to improve and enhance our school.   Some of the things to look out for when we return in Term 4 are:

  • The Futsal court  - Soccer pitch has began and we look forward to the final product being ready for Term 4! The money that we raised this year is supporting this enhancement!
  • The Ga Ga pit is planned to be installed near the Year 1 classrooms
  • Our new Outdoor Classroom / Garden - more to be shared very soon!!!

Victorian State Schools Spectacular

Woweeee!! What a superb job our dance and choir performers did when they performed in both the matinee and night time shows at John Cain Arena on Saturday 14th September.  A lot of work and preparation had been put in by students and families, but a special shoutout to Ms Gemma Wild (dance), Ms Tiana Dias (dance), Mrs Karen Corrales (Choir) and Ms Tia Beagley (choir) for getting our students ready for the big show!

So many rehearsals and so much organisation and I am very grateful for the time and energy they placed into assisting our students to represent Karoo so spectacularly! Congratulations to all.

As we bid farewell to Term 3, it's time to reflect on the remarkable experiences our students have had this term. It has been a term filled with growth, achievements, and memorable experiences.
