Year 4/5/6
Year 4/5/6 have been using Google Forms to develop a survey to investigate a topic around school sport. It is more challenging than you may imagine to design survey
questions that are effective at elucidating the information you are seeking. Each suggested question generated a lot of discussion about its validity.
Eventually, we hope to develop a survey that will help us decide what sporting equipment we should keep in our emergency sporting equipment trolly for days when we are unable to access the sports shed in the COLA.
This week students have completed some standardised assessments in reading and writing (PAT tests) supplied by the Diocese. These assessments will help teachers plan for the learning needs of the children in their classes and identify areas of strength and weakness leading into term 4.
