Music Corner

Despite a very interrupted term due to our school play, our musicians have maintained some wonderful progress. Mrs Thomsen thanks all students who were willing to give up the occasional break to have their lessons due to our school performance schedule.  This was greatly appreciated and this sacrifice has not gone unnoticed. 

Our musicians performed at two assemblies in groups and as soloists and did incredibly well. 

Next term we will host an evening recital currently planned for Tuesday, November 26th at 6pm.

We will also enjoy learning Christmas Carols, perform an informal lunch concert for students and hopefully a little busking in the main street. 

Well done to our seniors for their solo performances at our assembly on Thursday.  

This past week our juniors planned their goals for practise for the school holiday break. Please ensure that if you are home, your children are practising at least every second day while they have the chance.
