Our Learning habit for this month is ‘Striving for accuracy’.

Alice embodies the principle of striving for accuracy, consistently checking her work and setting high standards for herself. Like a true craftsperson, she approaches each task with dedication, actively seeking feedback to ensure she understands and meets expectations. Her commitment to perfection reflects our Baseline Behavior of Presenting with Pride, and she takes pride in the work she produces.

Her passion for excellence drives her not only to improve her own work but also to support her peers. Alice understands that mistakes are opportunities for growth and spends the extra time needed to ensure high-quality results. Her dedication, attention to detail, and continuous pursuit of improvement are skills that will serve her well in any future endeavour.
