Meet The Staff

Grade 3/4 Teachers

Donna Johnston

2024 marks my 6th year teaching at Mitcham Primary- I can’t believe how quickly the time has gone! I believe teaching is the best job in the world. I love having the opportunity to work with children and help them become the best version of themselves. I enjoy spending time with family, and will usually attempt cooking a new dish to share with them. In my free time, I am attempting to learn Italian- wish me luck!

Beau Robertson

Mr Robertson is my name and teaching is my game. I love the conversations, ideas and laughs I have the privilege of sharing with my students each and every day. I have always been passionate about teaching and working with young people and feel lucky that I get to do this every day!

I come to school for a break, as when I get home I have to get my skates on to keep up with my toddler and three month old. You can always find us reading, riding, walking, jumping, singing, dancing or playing with bubbles. Always up for a joke so if you see me, hit me up with your best one!

Kristy Parslow

I’m so excited to be back teaching at Mitcham Primary this year, after spending the past 6.5 years teaching in London! I have loved getting to know all the new students so far. Outside of school, I love reading, doing yoga and taking my dog, Kayla, for walks.

Bharti Sood-Anand

This is my second year of teaching at MPS and I love it! I have been teaching for a very long time and watching my students build a sense of belonging, curiosity and wonder keeps inspiring me. In my spare time I love to read, explore new places with my family, try out new recipes and hang out with friends

Riley Wallace

I am new to Mitcham Primary School, however I am so proud to be part of the community. I have loved building relationships with students and seeing their unique personalities shine through. Outside of school, I love to read, go for walks, spend time with my friends and family and cooking.
