Charlton Basketball Association needs YOU!

The 2024/25 basketball season is fast approaching! The last couple of seasons have seen both player and volunteer numbers dwindle. However, there has been great Aussie Hoops numbers which is great for the future of the sport. Yet, we must ensure the sport continues for the young developing hoopers to be able to play!

We are calling for expression of interest for both players and committee volunteers. As we all know no sport can run without volunteers planning and organising the nights. Basketball is a relatively easy sport to assist in the running of, with many volunteers to support each other.

Without a significant increase in volunteer support to run basketball there will be NO basketball this year.

Please RSVP interest of playing and volunteering with your name/s and age/s to the below contacts BEFORE Friday the 4th of October.

AGM will be held Monday the 7th of October at 5:30pm in the stadium foyer.

Without significant interest and commitment from players and volunteers’ basketball will not run.

We look forward to hearing from and seeing you at the AGM, junior members are also welcome.
