Books To Life Incursion – General Waste

Yesterday, our students were treated to an exciting theatrical experience when Books to Life visited our school to perform their adaptation of the CBCA Notable Book General Waste. The performance brought the story to life in a fun, engaging, and interactive way, with plenty of laughter and energy filling the room.

Students loved seeing the characters jump off the page and onto the stage. The mix of drama, movement, and humour captured their imaginations and had everyone joining in with great enthusiasm. The story’s message of sustainability was well received and challenged students to think more about caring for our environment in everyday ways.

We are especially grateful to Camp Australia, who generously funded this incursion at no cost to families. Their support allowed every student to enjoy this lively and memorable experience that brought literature to life in such a creative and entertaining way.
