This month our talented Year 12 Food Studies students dazzled us with their culinary skills by crafting exquisite Acai bowls. Beyond their visual appeal, these bowls exemplify a deep dive into nutrition, highlighting the antioxidant-rich properties of many fruits. Our students delved into the realm of food fads, trends and diets, critically examining their impact on health and well-being. Through their creations, they not only showcased their creativity but also engaged in meaningful discussions about what makes a healthy meal and how food trends impact our food choices.
