4C's - Cultivating Creative Cultures with Communities

On Monday the 9th of September students represented their cultures at Bunjil Place. The 4C’s Showcase is a performance program for secondary students in year 7 - 12 that centres around Cultivating Creative Cultures with Communities, with the aim to celebrate the different cultures in our local community, and to support VCE-VM student outcomes.

With over 130 students representing Cranbourne East Secondary College, it was the biggest group to ever perform at the showcase. The rehearsals that took place during lunch times, after school and on weekends was evident on the night, with all groups leaving the audience celebrating their achievements.

To the staff, students and volunteers that made this event happen, thank you! It takes a power of work to put something like this together, and the benefit the students gain from being a part of such an incredible event is powerful. We look forward to next year being even bigger and better!

CESC Community Shoe 'Shop' - Term 4

CESC Community Shoe Shop is coming...

With the rising cost of living, new runners/shoes have become less essential purchases.

Following some kind donations from our College staff, starting from Term 4, the CESC community shoe ‘shop’ will be open for ‘business’.

Located out the front of our College Reception (blue building), come along and take a pair of runners/shoes that you need from the shoe rack.  There will be a variety of styles and sizes available.

  • There is no cost attached- try on and take what you need!
  • Also, there will also be a donation box too; if you have any runners/shoes that you no longer wear and are of a suitable standard to find a new owner, pop them in the donation box.
