On Monday 27th May, our College Captains and First Nations Leaders attended the 2024 Sorry Day Commemoration held at Monash Park.

The commemoration was an opportunity to come together and to pause, remember and acknowledge the Stolen Generations and the impacts of policies that caused such pain and suffering to individuals, families and communities over so many generations.

The event also marked the beginning of National Reconciliation Week, a time for all Australians to learn about our shared histories, cultures, and achievements, and to explore how each of us can contribute to achieving reconciliation in Australia.

The week’s Home Group sessions were be centred around reconciliation and the year’s theme, Now More than Ever.
